On Friday, 7 November, XtraSpace sponsored a golf day at Wagner’s mini-course in Durbanville.
The event was enjoyed by as many as 70 participants, including businessmen and members of the Bellville Cricket Club. Everyone who took part was presented with a personalized XtraSpace photo of their team.
At the prize giving later that evening, the winner of the day, Matthew McLachlan, was awarded a trophy. XtraSpace also took the opportunity to present a donation of R1,000 to Bernard Crous, Vice Principal of the Cheré Botha School, to support the school’s mini cricket team.
In short, the day was a huge success, as well as providing good exposure for XtraSpace. One visitor remarked “You guys are fantastic. Earlier this week, I visited the Bellville Cricket Club and all I see is XtraSpace. Today I drive to work and at 6:30 in the morning, I’m handed an XtraSpace pamphlet at the intersection and now I’m here to play golf, and again it’s XtraSpace”.
